HV Relay Assembly: Installation

INSTALL ELECTRIC VEHICLE FUSE
1. Install the 2 electric vehicle fuses with the 4 bolts.
  Torque: 4.5 N*m (46 kgf*cm, 40 in.*lbf)
  
  NOTE: Be sure to use a torque wrench to tighten the bolts.
INSTALL HV BATTERY JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY

CAUTION: Wear insulated gloves.
1. Tighten the nut and 2 bolts in the order shown in the illustration to install the HV battery junction block assembly.
  Torque: 7.5 N*m (77 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf)

2. Connect the 5 connectors to the HV battery junction block assembly.
  NOTE: Connect the wire wrapped with red tape to the terminal indicated by the "+" mark of the HV battery junction block assembly.
INSTALL HV BATTERY TERMINAL BLOCK
CAUTION: Wear insulated gloves.

1. Tighten the 3 nuts and bolt in the order shown in the illustration to install the HV battery terminal block.
  Torque: Bolt
  
  7.5 N*m (77 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf)
  
  Nut (Except HV battery junction block assembly terminal)
  
  7.5 N*m (77 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf)
  
  Nut (HV battery junction block assembly terminal)
  
  9.0 N*m (92 kgf*cm, 80 in.*lbf)
  
  NOTE: Be sure to follow the order when tightening the nuts and bolt.
