Third Seat: Assembly

CAUTION:

Do not reuse the hog ring and hang wire.
Secure the hog ring using hog ring pliers.
Install the hog rings to the specified points securely and make sure that there is no wrinkle or twisting on the seat surface.

Assemble the seat frame.
Tightening torque:

Refer to "COMPONENT" of "General Description", Ref. to SEATS>General Description>COMPONENT>THIRD-ROW SEATS .

NOTE: If the cushion rubber gets damaged, replace it with a new cushion rubber.
Assemble the seat surface and the seat pad in the same manner as the front seat. Ref. to SEATS>Front Seat>ASSEMBLY .

Install each seat cable.

Install the following covers.
- Finisher A LWR reclining assembly outside LH/RH
- Reclining base cover LH/RH
- Finisher cushion side frame third outside LH/RH
- Finisher B LWR reclining assembly outside LH/RH
- Finisher cushion side frame third inside LH/RH
- Finisher B LWR reclining assembly inside LH/RH
Install each seat belt.
Tightening torque:

Refer to "COMPONENT" of "General Description". Ref. to SEATS>General Description>COMPONENT>THIRD-ROW SEATS .

Install the back side cover.
Install the cover third-row seat backrest and the seat pad assembly backrest third.
Install the board backrest.
Install the cover third-row seat cushion and the seat pad assembly cushion third.
CAUTION: While installing the harness, be careful not to let the harness get caught between the seat pad assembly cushion third and the seat frame.
Connect the seating sensor connector.
Install the bushing headrest.
CAUTION: Pay attention to the orientation of the bushing headrest.

Install the headrest assembly.
Before installation, check the following items.
- No break and fray on the seat surface.
Install the third seats. Ref. to SEATS>Third Seat>INSTALLATION .
