Inspection Procedure

Check ECU-B, DC/DC, GAUGE and DOOR fuse.
CHECK:

Check continuity of ECU-B, DC/DC, GAUGE and DOOR fuse.

OK:

Continuity

NG: Replace the failed fuse.

OK: Go to next step
Check voltage between terminals B, BDR and E of body ECU connector.
PREPARATION:
1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect the Body ECU connector.
CHECK:

Measure voltage between terminals B, BDR and E.

OK:

Voltage: 10 - 14V

OK: Proceed to next circuit inspection shown on PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE .

NG: Go to next step
Check wiring harness and connector between body ECU and body ground (See HOW TO USE THE DIAGNOSTIC CHART AND INSPECTION PROCEDURE ).
NG: Repair or replace wiring harness or connector.

OK: Check and repair wiring harness and connector between Body ECU and battery.
