Front Fender Lower Bracket Removal And Installation/Replacement

Overview: 

Front Fender Lower Brackets (1). 

Removal Procedure: 

The procedure for the left-hand component is identical to that for the right-hand side. 

1. Remove front fender bracket. Refer to FRONT FENDER BRACKET REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT

2. Remove 4 bolts (1).

   Torque: 18, 5 Nm 

3. Remove the bolt (2).

   Torque: 8 Nm 

4. Remove front fender lower bracket (3).

Installation Procedure: 

1. Installation is the reverse of removal procedure, noting the following.

   All fasteners must be tightened to torque specification! 

2. Install front fender bracket. Refer to FRONT FENDER BRACKET REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT  
3. Remove front fender. Refer to FRONT FENDER REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
