- Inspection Procedure 1: None of the low-beam headlights illuminate
- Inspection Procedure 2: None of the high-beam headlights illuminate
- Inspection Procedure 3: The headlights (low-beam) illuminate regardless of the lighting switch positions. (High-beam does not illuminate)
